Sugarcane Jane is the Gulf Coast power duo led by Anthony Crawford and Savana Lee. Hailing from Loxley, Alabama, they are “one of the best duos since Johnny and June.” (The Washington Times)

The music they make together is simple and direct, rooted in country and rock, and anchored by their strong, soulful harmonies. Between them, they have amassed a rich musical heritage, working with such notables as Neil Young, Steve Winwood, and Dwight Yoakam.

Their latest album, On a Mission, drops this Friday, February 23rd! This ten song joy ride traverses through several roots genres (rock, country, gospel). Uplifting and inspiring, the duo grooves with undeniable chemistry and is no doubt “On a Mission.”

Goodnight, Texas is a storytelling, folk-rock band whose superior strength lies in unexpected sweet spots. Reviewer Alan Cackett wrote of their music, “it feels and sounds like the first rays of sunshine after a long icy winter, as they make unerringly pretty music about unerringly sad things.”

The two frontmen, Avi Vinocur and Patrick Dyer Wolf, draw the band’s name from their one-time geographic midpoint between homes on opposite sides of the continent. Perhaps it’s helped to inform their tunes, whose heroes dwell at relatable American crossroads.

These prolific singer-songwriters collaborate with folks like Rainbow Girls (see their song and video for “Tough”) and, most recently, guitarist Kirk Hammett (of Metallica fame) on their rockin’ new single, “Runaways.” 

They’ve been touring around with John Craigie, Larkin Poe, and Brothers Comatose, and we’re super excited to welcome Goodnight, Texas to Strawberry this spring!
