Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Strawberry Music Festivals! While the majority of our volunteers return each festival, we always need to fill some open positions, sometimes at the very last minute. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, conscientious, and will take pride in being a part of the Strawberry staff and community.
There are typically more applicants than available positions. Please note we will contact you if you are chosen for a position — this could happen anytime between now and the festival. If, after submitting your application, you have additional information or are no longer interested in volunteering, please let us know.
Please do not buy a ticket if you are already confirmed or would like to volunteer.
SPRING: On average, volunteer positions require a total commitment of 16 – 20 hours in exchange for a 5-Day Camping ticket and one-of-a-kind staff t-shirt. Most volunteers working during the festival will work one 4-hour shift per day. Set-up work generally requires two consecutive 8-hour shifts before the festival. Those working graveyard shifts are only required to work one 8-hour shift, while teardown work can take anywhere from 8–12 hours after the festival. Volunteers are also required to attend individual crew meetings and all are encouraged to participate in the general Staff meeting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21st.
Volunteers must be willing and able to abide by Strawberry’s Ticket Terms and Festival Rules. If you have any questions, please email Strawberry’s Volunteer Coordinator at volunteers@strawberrymusic.com.
STAY TUNED FOR THE FALL 2025 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION. We will send out a notification via our email announcements list and social media when the Fall 2025 application becomes available.
