Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Strawberry Music Festivals! While the majority of our volunteers return each festival, we always need to fill some open positions, sometimes at the very last minute. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, conscientious, and will enjoy playing a role in the Strawberry community.
There are typically more applicants than available positions. Please note we will contact you if you are chosen for a position—this could happen anytime between now and the festival.

In exchange for their volunteer work, volunteers receive a 5-Day Camping ticket and one-of-a-kind staff t-shirt. Volunteers are required to attend individual crew meetings and all are encouraged to participate in the General Staff Meeting.
Pre-festival/Set-Up: Two 8-hour shifts *
During the festival: 4–5 hours each day of the festival (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun)
Overnight/Graveyard: One 8-hour shift
Teardown: One 8-12 hour shift *
* Most set-up/teardown positions require heavy lifting (25 or more pounds) for four or more hours at a time. Please be aware of the physical requirements when applying.
Volunteers must be willing and able to abide by Strawberry’s Ticket Terms and Festival Rules.
