Reserved RV sites with hook-ups are limited in quantity. Your submission does not guarantee you an RV site however, there has been plenty to go around in the past. Only one submission will be accepted per household.
A notification will be posted to our website and email list if there are still RV sites available. RV sites available after Tuesday, January 28th can be reserved by calling the office M-Th, 10am – 3pm.
Anyone who calls after RV sites have sold out will be placed on the Spring and/or Fall RV Site Waiting List. Any site that becomes available between now and the festival will be offered to the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers on the waiting list will be contacted by all means provided and will be given 24 hours to respond before we contact the next person. Customers who do not respond will be removed from the list.
You must have at least one 4-Day Adult Camping ticket, or be a member of festival staff, to reserve an RV site. Every individual staying in your site, ages 7 and up, must have the appropriate camping ticket upon arrival.
An RV site ticket will be mailed to confirmed RV Site holders. Please do not arrive before the time/date stated on your camping ticket. The first person arriving to camp in the reserved area must have the RV Site ticket in-hand.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe the boundaries of your space. Strawberry’s Camping Assistance crew can help if your site boundaries are unclear. Utilities may not be used outside the reserved area.
RV site assignments may be changed without warning. Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control which may cause a customer’s RV site number and location to be changed.
Spring 2025 RV Site reservations are refundable until Monday, April 21st. Credit card and service fees are non-refundable. To receive a refund, return your Spring RV site ticket to Strawberry Music, P.O. Box 664, Jamestown, CA 95327, postmarked on or by Monday, April 21st.
Fall 2025 RV Site reservations are refundable until Monday, September15th. Credit card and service fees are non-refundable. To receive a refund, return your Fall RV site ticket to Strawberry Music, P.O. Box 664, Jamestown, CA 95327, postmarked on or by Monday, September 15th.
Please note that dry camping with any size or type of vehicle is included in the price of Strawberry’s camping ticket. There are potable water spigots to fill tanks upon arrival. The dump station on site is free for attendees to use upon exiting the festival. Quiet generators are allowed to run between the hours of 10am and 2pm each day. We reserve the right to ask you to turn off your generator if it is too loud or causing a disturbance.
