We really appreciate all the positive feedback we have received about the Spring 2018 Strawberry Music Festival! The two all-important standards by which we measure this past festival a resounding success is both the exponential increase of music being played in camp and the incredibly high ratio of families with young children in attendance. In general, there was just a little more of everything that is good about Strawberry; old friends, new friends, creativity, love, kindness, food, young people playing music, cooperation, games, family-friendly celebration and music being played virtually everywhere. We are deeply grateful to the wonderful staff at the Nevada County Fairgrounds for hosting us, to all who attend, and for all of the many people who have who have participated over the years, making it possible for this gathering to continue into its thirty-seventh year.
Our time together went by very quickly, and the separation is only made bearable by the fact that we’ll be seeing many of you in just 85 days at the Fall Festival. This year, the comfort level at the Fall Festival is taking a giant leap forward with the unveiling of the new Westside Pavilion, which has completely transformed the Music Meadow into a park-like setting. We are very excited to bring you more information about the new pavilion, the history and the future of Westside, all the lineup and programming announcements to come, in the days and weeks to follow.
