We are thrilled for Ghost of Paul Revere’s return to Strawberry after delivering a remarkable performance at last year’s Fall Festival. Since the band’s inception in 2011, they have been pleasing crowds and packing houses across their home state of Maine. Word has begun to spread about these rowdy pickers from the north, and their popularity grows with each new exposure. Music fans are certainly drawn to Ghost of Paul Revere’s unique style of sound innovation and their authentic enthusiasm for the craft. This dynamic group of hard-working and talented players has even given rise to their own musical genre, fondly dubbed “holler folk”, invoking the richly communal tradition of field hollers, with their call-and-response melodies, sing-along hooks, and densely layered harmonies. There’s little doubt that Ghost of Paul Revere is going places and we’re happy to announce that one of those places is Strawberry Spring ’18.
