* As a reminder, ALL Camping tickets include dry camping with
any size or type of vehicle (including RVs, trailers, vans etc.) or tent.*

We will be accepting submissions for Strawberry’s RV Hook-Up Site Reservation Lottery starting at 10am on Tuesday, January 27th until 11:59 pm on Tuesday, February 3rd. Once the lottery opens, please request to reserve a RV hook-up site for either/both festivals by filling out the festival-specific forms linked below (available 24/7) or by calling the Strawberry office M-Th, 10:00 am-3:00 pm at (209) 984-8630.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Lottery participants will be notified regarding site placement on or by Friday, February 6^th.

Credit card and service fee are non-refundable.

• Reserved RV sites with hook-ups are limited in quantity. Your submission does not guarantee you an RV hook-up site; however, there have been plenty to go around in the past. Only one submission will be accepted per household.
• Anyone who calls after RV hook-up sites have sold out will be placed on the Spring and/or Fall RV Site Waiting List. Any site that becomes available between now and the festival will be offered to the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers on the waiting list will be contacted by all means provided and will be given 24 hours to respond before we contact the next person. Customers who do not respond will be removed from the list.
• RV hook-up sites that are still available after the lottery has ended can be reserved by filling out the RV Site Reservation form for the appropriate festival or by calling the office.
• You must have at least one 4-Day Adult Camping ticket, or be a member of festival staff, to reserve an RV hook-up site. Every individual staying in your site, ages 7 and up, must have the appropriate camping ticket upon arrival. Your RV hook-up site reservation begins at the entry time stated on your adult camping ticket until 10:00 am on Monday, May 25th (SPRING) or October 19th (FALL).
• A confirmation letter stating your site number, size, and requirements will be sent via USPS to everyone who reserves an RV hook-up site. Please note that you will not receive an extra RV site ticket this year.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe the boundaries of your space. Strawberry’s Camping Assistance crew can help if your site boundaries are unclear. Utilities may not be used outside the reserved area.
• RV hook-up site assignments may be changed without warning. Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control may cause a customer’s RV site number and location to change.
• RV Hook-up Site reservations are refundable until Monday, April 20^th for the Spring Festival and Monday, September 14^th for the Fall Festival. Contact the office by the deadline to receive a refund. Credit card and service fees are non-refundable.
• Please note that dry camping with any size or type of vehicle is included in the price of Strawberry’s camping ticket. There are potable water spigots to fill tanks upon arrival. The on-site dump station is free for attendees to use upon exiting the festival. Quiet generators may run between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm each day. We reserve the right to ask you to turn off your generator if it is too loud or causing a disturbance.
• Call the Strawberry office to make advanced arrangements if you require assistance due to a health issue.

Strawberry Music, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service.
